5. UV Finish
a. The highlighted parts of the printed matter need to be partially polished to make the local pattern more stereoscopic.
b. It is printed with the process of over Matt glue, and has no effect when it is over polished.
6. Hot stamping
a. Hot stamping is to transfer the aluminum layer in anodized aluminum to the substrate surface to form a special metallic luster effect by using the principle of hot press transfer.
b. Printing materials include gold, silver, red, green, blue and other colors, but hot stamping can only be monochromatic, with a wide variety of colors, but not all colors are available in the market.
7. Striking print
1. Use a set of concave and convex templates corresponding to Yin and Yang of the image and text, place the substrate between them, and press out the embossed concave and convex image and text by applying greater pressure.
2. All kinds of thickness of paper can be used, cardboard can't be convex.
8. Print code
a. The process of printing identification (production date, shelf life, batch number, corporate logo, etc.) on products with a inkjet printer.
b. It can print simple character pattern and has more flexibility.
